Afraid?

Acts 9:16 (NKJV) 16 For I will show him how many things he must suffer for My name’s sake.”

We will take flack from people who mock them for being in the chess club when the national sport is rugby not chess

yet, we wont tell others that we are Christian because the national religion is Atheism or Muslim or even christian

Fear is a great foe of persecuted Christians. . ,

Many fear they will have to suffer if they join the underground church. In this secret work, every mistake can be fatal in organizing an underground printing plant or in bringing in Bibles into a Communist Country can result in imprisonment,  torture, and  death.

Therefore, some are fearful to get involved.

Fear is also a decisive hindrance to Christian life in the free world.

We fear we will have to suffer in our family, in our jobs, or in our finances if we obey a commandment of Christ.

We also fear mistakes in life, but the greatest mistake is to fear mistakes.

God’s Word has to be spread, despite mistakes in Christian work. Tragedies might ensue, but they only underscore the importance of spreading the Word of God.

We all have tasks from God. It is better to fulfill them with mistakes than to leave them unfidfilled. Do not fear.

Our models are Christians who have conquered fear.
